My name is Muhammad Akhtar Mengal and i am from Pakistan. I was working in a government organisation as a clerk. I have been diagnosed with CKD-5 (Kidney failure) in August 2024 and raised an application to government for financial assistance for treatment / transplant. My application got approved in Mar, 2025 and i got transplanted in Apr, 2025. Now i am currently on life time Medicines which i was bearing throug my job but now my organization declare me as unfit for further service and medical board decided to retire me some commutation facilities because of this now i am jobless and currently unable to afford my medicines.

My country pakistan was not mentioned in this website so i chose Canada and currently my per month medicine expense is approx 100 CAD.
